Abstract
This work presents an Android application for real-time audio communications over local wireless (Wi-Fi) networks. The system enables low-latency voice communication between Android devices on the same local network, implementing efficient audio capture, encoding, packetisation, transmission via UDP/RTP, and playback. The solution targets scenarios requiring local voice communication without reliance on external infrastructure or internet connectivity.
