Abstract

A multinational healthcare company has made the strategic decision to directly assume the integral management of its billing and shipping processes in Spain, a project entrusted to EDICOM. This project explores the implementation of electronic invoicing in this company, focusing on the adoption of FacturaE for B2G transactions and EDI for B2B operations. It details the integration processes with the company’s ERP, data transformation, and communication with different stakeholders. The study highlights the importance of telecommunications in the secure transmission of data and the relevance of electronic invoicing for regulatory compliance and efficiency in the healthcare sector.
